Pascalis Papouras is the Managing Director at Keletron Strategies, specializing in government affairs and international relations.

 

Papouras serves on the Board of Directors of Noble Argentum Trading Qatar, a joint venture with Madaeen Al Doha Group. His client portfolio includes industry leaders in international trade, software development, emerging technologies, and agribusiness.

 

He has presented before the National Governors Association, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Agency for International Development, international delegations including from China and Afghanistan, and many faith conferences.

 

Papouras serves on the Council of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Baltimore, MD, and on the Board of Governors of the Order of AHEPA Worthington Chapter No. 30, an international service fraternity.  He has served as Chairman of the Maryland Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, as a Board Member of the National Voluntary Organizations in Disaster, and as Coordinator of the Baltimore International Non-Governmental Organizations.  He has advised on the Inter-Faith Working Group on Foreign Assistance, the InterAction Public Policy Committee, InfraGard EMP SIG Summit, the State of Maryland Emergency Planning Program, and the City of Baltimore Local Emergency Planning Committee.

 

Previously, he served in multiple capacities at International Orthodox Christian Charities, an international faith-based humanitarian organization, specializing in emergency response and development, community mobilization, public policy, and government relations.

 

Papouras holds a Master’s Degree in Classical Humanities from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History, Classical Humanities, and Ancient Greek from Miami University in Oxford, OH.  He resides in Maryland.
